Foundation 15 sponsors scholarships for graduating St. Francis High School seniors and on April 26 will be hosting an event, Foundation 15 - A Night at the Races, to raise funds.
Purchase a ticket to "own" a horse for racing and win great prizes. The event features a fun evening of horse racing, entertainment and appetizers.
