At St. Francis Area Schools, the health and safety of our students and staff is our top priority. We recognize that mental health plays a big role in a persons wellbeing. Though a partnership with Allina Health, we are able to offer "Change to Chill", a program that provides students with resources on managing their stress and mental health. As school begins, a more prominent issue seen in students is stress. Stress can cause a variety of other problems such as headaches, upset stomachs, trouble concentrating and more. To help ease stress our counseling department offers a physical and virtual chill rooms as well as the ability to talk with one of our licensed counselors. Our counselors are available not only for stress, but anything you need to discuss. To learn more from a counselor, you can find their contact information here:https://sfhs.isd15.org/o/sfhs/...
